Stacey Brimson
Stacey is the founder of Chapter21 Events, a freelance Event and Operations Manager who works closely with corporates, not-for-profits and membership organisations to deliver thoughtful, well-run events.
With a strong focus on structure, communication and delivery, she partners with teams to bring clarity to the planning process and ensure every detail supports the bigger picture. Known for her calm, hands-on approach, Stacey works as an extension of her clients’ teams, balancing professionalism with a genuinely collaborative style.
She understands that successful events are not just about what happens on the day, but how everything comes together behind the scenes to create a seamless experience.
How We Work
We work in a collaborative, transparent and solutions-driven way, bringing structure, clarity and calm to each engagement.
Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand your event, team structure and specific objectives, or the operational challenges you are seeking to address. From there, we agree the level of support required and where our involvement will add thegreatest value. A clear proposal follows, outlining scope, responsibilities and investment.
We operate effectively in remote and hybrid environments and adapt our approach to suit the nature of the work. Where appropriate, we favour a hybrid model, tailoring time on site to the stage and complexity of the project. For collaboration, co-creation, or complex problem-solving, in-person working often delivers the strongest outcomes.
Accessibility and Inclusion
At Chapter21 Events, accessibility and inclusion are core elements of professional event delivery.
Every event is designed and delivered with all attendees in mind. Accessibility is considered from the outset, not as an afterthought, to support diverse needs and
experiences.
This includes consideration of:
- Physical accessibility: venue layout, wheelchair access, ease of movement
- Sensory and communication needs: support for Deaf or hard-of-hearing attendees, blind or low-vision participants, and clear wayfinding.
- Neurodiversity: thoughtful planning around sensory environments, clarity of information and participant experience
We work closely with clients, venues, and suppliers to identify potential barriers early and implement practical, respectful solutions wherever possible. Open communication is encouraged so individual requirements can be discussed in advance and handled with discretion.
Accessibility, inclusion, and dignity are fundamental to creating events that are not only compliant but genuinely welcoming and well considered.
